Zapraszamy na piątkowy wieczór z Medycyną Tańca, Cacao i Muzyki. Spotykamy się, by świadomie świętować życie – w ruchu, w muzyce, w obecności.
Tworzymy przestrzeń, w której taniec staje się modlitwą ciała, muzyka drogą do serca, a plemię lustrem, w którym widzimy się nawzajem poprzez serce.
Tym razem naszym muzycznym przewodnikiem będzie Gobayashi z Austrii – mistrz transformatywnych przestrzeni dźwięku. Dzięki wyczuciu atmosfery i prowadzeniu energii tworzy on pole muzyczne, w którym zanikają granice czasu i myśli, a taniec staje się powrotem do tego, co w nas najgłębsze i najprawdziwsze.
Ceremonia Cacao, będzie wspólną celebracją — Cacao od wieków znane jest jako medycyna serca, wspierająca otwarcie, połączenie, integrację i autentyczność. Ceremonialne Cacao, nazywane „napojem bogów”, ma głębokie właściwości otwierające i wspierające wewnętrzny proces. Pomaga zbliżyć się do emocji, poczuć wdzięczność, łagodność, współczucie i miłość — wobec siebie i wobec świata. Działa delikatnie, ale głęboko: z czułością zaprasza nas do otwarcia i powrotu do tego, co prawdziwe i autentyczne w nas.
Ecstatic Dance to podróż do otwartości i ekspansji poprzez taniec i ruch. To przestrzeń poza umysłem, w której ciało może swobodnie wyrażać siebie, łącząc się intymnie zarówno z samym sobą, jak i z innymi, a także z ekspresją życia we wszystkich jego formach. Spotykamy się tu, aby tańczyć, łączyć się, świętować, medytować, uwalniać to, co niepotrzebne, i doświadczać życia takim, jakim jest, bez oceny umysłu. Ecstatic Dance, praktykowany na całym świecie, pomaga przełamywać stare schematy, łączyć się jako plemię, odnajdywać swoje korzenie i uwalniać emocje.
To taniec powrotu do siebie — do ciała, do teraźniejszości, do serca.
Aby tę przestrzeń zachować, obowiązują proste zasady:
tańczymy boso – by czuć pełny kontakt z ziemią,
bez używek – by doświadczać w pełnej obecności,
bez rozmów na parkiecie – by językiem stał się ruch, spojrzenie i energia.
W tej przestrzeni jesteśmy plemieniem – zebranym, by tańczyć, świętować i wspierać się w byciu sobą.
Nie oceniamy, nie porównujemy, nie zakładamy masek.
Tu możesz zostać zobaczony i przyjęty dokładnie taki, jaki jesteś – w swojej radości, w ciszy, w dzikości i w delikatności.
To w takim kręgu może wydarzyć się prawdziwa magia – kiedy każdy jest sobą, a wszyscy stajemy się jednym tańcem.

Join us for a Friday evening with the Medicine of Dance, Cacao, and Music.
We gather to consciously celebrate life – in movement, in music, in presence.
We create a space where dance becomes a prayer of the body, music a pathway to the heart, and the tribe a mirror in which we see one another through the heart.
This time, our musical guide will be Gobayashi from Austria – a master of transformative sonic spaces. With his deep sense of atmosphere and skill in guiding energy, he creates a musical field where the boundaries of time and thought dissolve, and dance becomes a return to what is deepest and most authentic within us.
The Cacao Ceremony will be a shared celebration — Cacao has been known for centuries as a medicine of the heart, supporting openness, connection, integration, and authenticity. Called “the drink of the gods,” ceremonial cacao has profound heart-opening qualities and supports our inner process. It helps us connect with our emotions, feel gratitude, gentleness, compassion, and love — for ourselves and for the world. It works gently yet deeply, tenderly inviting us to open and return to what is real and authentic in us.
Ecstatic Dance is a journey into openness and expansion through dance and movement. It is a space beyond the mind, where the body can freely express itself, connecting deeply with oneself, with others, and with the expression of life in all its forms.
Here, we meet to dance, connect, celebrate, meditate, release what no longer serves us, and experience life exactly as it is — free from the judgment of the mind. Practiced all over the world, Ecstatic Dance helps break old patterns, unite as a tribe, reconnect with our roots, and release emotions.
It is a dance of returning to yourself — to the body, to the present moment, to the heart.
To keep this space clear and sacred, we follow three simple guidelines:
Dance barefoot – to feel full contact with the earth.
No intoxicants – to experience in full presence.
No talking on the dance floor – let your language be movement, gaze, and energy.
In this space, we are a tribe – gathered to dance, celebrate, and support each other in being fully ourselves.
We do not judge, compare, or wear masks.
Here, you can be seen and accepted exactly as you are – in your joy, in your stillness, in your wildness, and in your gentleness.
